If I know what I want on my shirt, but dont have any artwork, can you create something for me?
Absolutely. Unlike many print shops, we have an in-house design department. The benefit to you is that there is no outsourcing for design work, which allows us to keep our design fees low. We'll set up a consultation, either in person or via email, and come back to you with a proof that you can adjust and tweak to your liking. Once your art is approved, we go into production. Yeah, its that easy.
I already have my art on my computer, how should I send it to you?
We work mostly with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop). Those file types are preferred. AI, PSD, and EPS. Artwork must be actual size, and free of unnecessary layers. Sometimes, a JPG file is usable if it is saved at High Resolution (no less than 200dpi), but is not recommended. Dont let that scare you. If you dont know what any of that means, give us a call or email us and we can talk about what you have and what you need. Its OK.
How long will it take to produce my order?
Screen Printed Goods and Embroidery: 5-10 Business days*
Offset Printing and Full Color Banners: 5-7 business days*
*Starting once your artwork is approved. Complex or irregular orders will be quoted as they are placed.
I don't live in Texas, but like what I see on your website. Can I still order from you and have it shipped here?
Yes. We have clients all over, and ship to them often. Don't let distance stop you from getting the products and services that you want. That's why God made UPS.

This is actually one of our specialties. We can help you come up with a logo that represents your'e business, and then provide consultation on where you should invest your advertising dollars.
